Compare Monitoring Reports

By default, SysGauge Server saves a monitoring report for each completed monitoring operation. In order to access previously saved monitoring reports, press the 'Reports' button located on the main toolbar. For each monitoring report, the reports dialog shows the start date and time, the duration of the monitoring operation, the name of the monitoring profile, the hostname of the monitored computer, the number of the monitoring counters and the number of monitoring errors.

In order to open a previously saved monitoring report, double-click on the report item in the monitoring reports dialog. In order to compare two monitoring reports, select the reports in the reports view, press the right mouse button and select the 'Compare Reports' menu item.

The comparison results dialog shows the monitoring counters from both monitoring reports, absolute value deltas and relative percentage deltas. In addition, the user is provide with the ability to export the comparison results to a number of standard formats such as Microsoft Excel, PDF, HTML, text and CSV.
