TCP/IP Protocol Monitoring |

SysGauge allows one to monitor the TCP/IP protocol activities including the number of active TCP/IP connections, the number of connection resets,
the number of connection errors, the TCP/IP segments rate, etc. In order to add a TCP/IP monitoring counter, press the 'Monitor' button located
on the main toolbar, selected the 'Network Protocols' counters category in the left-side view and then select an appropriate TCP/IP monitoring
counter in the middle view.
SysGauge provides two sets of TCP/IP monitoring counters with the first set of counters for the TCP/IP protocol version 4 and the second set of
counters for the TCP/IP protocol version 6. In addition, in order to monitor the TCP/IP protocol activities in a remote computer via the network,
press the 'Connect' button located in the bottom-left corner and specify the host name of the remote computer to monitor.
- TCP Active Connections - this counter monitors the number of active TCP/IP connections.
- TCP Passive Connections - this counter monitors the number of passive TCP/IP connections.
- TCP Established Connections - this counter monitors the number of established TCP/IP connections.
- TCP Connection Errors - this counter monitors the number of failed TCP/IP connections.
- TCP Connection Resets - this counter monitors the number of TCP/IP connection resets.
- TCP Segments Rate - this counter monitors the number of TCP/IP segments rate, which is displayed in segments per second.
- TCP Segments Receive Rate - this counter monitors the number of TCP/IP segments receive rate, which is displayed in segments per second.
- TCP Segments Transmit Rate - this counter monitors the number of TCP/IP segments transmit rate, which is displayed in segments per second.
- TCP Segments Retransmit Rate - this counter monitors the number of TCP/IP segments retransmit rate, which is displayed in segments per second.
